Returns Policy

You may return any non-edible item within 14 days of receipt of the item for any reason for a refund minus the shipping charges.

The refund will be given in the form of the original payment only.

The item must be undamaged, unused, with original tags attached and in it's original sealed packaging.

No returns on food items for any reason.

Due to the fragile nature of our food/candy items we cannot guarantee some will not be damaged in shipment. Please order more if needed. Broken food/candy will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

You must contact us in advance to return an item. You will be given a return authorization number.

The refund will be given after the package has been returned, examined and approved for refund.

We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE EXCEPTED.

All order will ship within 48 hours from our warehouse on business days (Monday - Friday).

We will also not offer shipping on the below days

• Labor Day September 1
• Thanksgiving November 27-28
• Christmas/New Years December 24-January 1

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Same day shipping not guaranteed.

We ship via the United States Postal Service. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We ship to the United States and most international destinations.(Some products excluded see items for details)
